Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation. Returns for damaged or altered items may be denied.
- Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, software, subscriptions, and customized items are non-refundable unless defective.
Return Process
- Submit a Request: Contact our support team at ktelectroincsinc2025.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
- Shipping the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. We will cover the return shipping cost for defective items.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process.
